The knowledge our salesman (Carl Abrams) had was very informative and beyond our expectations. We initially came in to buy an Impreza, but after being educated about the new XV Crosstrek's, we were very impressed. Carl let us both drive an Impreza and then the Crosstrek for comparison. He was very patient with us and allowed us to get a good feel and understanding of the vehicles, before making a final decision. After working with Gunner Poe (Finance dept), we were both able to drive off in two new Crosstrek's. Superb help, great service and excellent experience. Regards, Matt and Lindsay Skinner More

Excellent or Poor Condition? Bob Moore doesn't know. I recently purchased a used Honda from the Bob Moore Subaru dealership in Edmond, advertised as “Excellent Condition.” before I had put even 2k miles I recently purchased a used Honda from the Bob Moore Subaru dealership in Edmond, advertised as “Excellent Condition.” before I had put even 2k miles on the vehicle I discovered that the engine was completely worn out and needed to be replaced. The engine did have 103K miles on it, but that is extremely low for a Honda. (if an engine goes out on a Honda at 100k, there has been some serious abuse or neglect) When discussing with the Bob Moore’s Sales Manager, he informed me that I had just as much luck buying off of Craigslist as with buying from Bob Moore. Yes, he actually did say that. I guess I was under the assumption that Bob Moore was reputable and wouldn’t sell me a car, at full market value, that needed a new engine immediately. I would expect that from a shady used dealer and hence that was the reason I bought from Bob Moore. I trusted that they had a fair idea as to the condition of their vehicles. When I asked the Sales Manager if they checked their cars out before selling he said “we can’t stick our heads up in the engine and look at fifteen thousand moving parts”. I was so taken aback, I didn’t even mention the advent of computer diagnostics. The moral of the story – don’t believe that Bob Moore is going to stand behind a vehicle any more than a seller off of Craigslist that you will never see again. They will sell you a vehicle advertised as “excellent Condition” when it is actually in very poor mechanical condition, and then tell you they have no way to tell the difference. More

Love the new Subaru Crosstrek we bought. Best driving car with all when drive and not feature we didn't need or wish to pay for. Also Gunner in the business office was the same way. Straightforward, friendly and a good listener. We will never buy a car anywhere else than Bob Moore. More

Great Subaru Great Price This was the second Subaru we bought from Bob Moore. I checked around for pricing and Bob Moore was always $1000 cheaper than the other dealerships in This was the second Subaru we bought from Bob Moore. I checked around for pricing and Bob Moore was always $1000 cheaper than the other dealerships in town, out of town, in state and out of state. The staff was always friendly and willing to help! This time my first point of contact was Sara King, I have a busy schedule and contacted Bob Moore by email. Sara was very helpful and paired us up with a salesman, John Richards. John aka JR was very friendly and helpful! The finance department at Bob Moore was terrific and made this process as painless as possible; they are competitive with their financing rates and always made sure we knew what the monthly payment would be. The service department as always was awesome! We have been working with Rachel Evans and Brandon Allison for the last four years for oil changes and service on our first Subaru and look forward to our continued visits. I recommended Bob Moore to my sister and she purchased a Mazda from Bob Moore Mazda earlier this year and she also had a great experience! No pressure style. Anthony Gore made buying my BRZ the easiest experience I have ever had. Fantastic hard working finance department. Cons: Not a one but I wish I hadn't been wasting my time with other dealers when I should have come here first! I don't have much to say other than this was my first car purchase with no assistance. I had taken my old RX8 into Bob Moore Mazda for servicing more than once and they were super helpful and understanding so I decided to come back to look for a subaru. I came in expecting to bargain and argue and get hounded by sales staff but I was pleasantly surprised. Anthony Gore came out of the store and the first thing he did was listen to exactly what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a BRZ from the first time I saw one a year ago and had done quite a bit of research recently. Anthony pointed me in the right direction and was definitely more of a guide than a pushy salesman. We went for a test drive and after some friendly banter I was sold. He made the paperwork a breeze and even brought me a more accurate price (cheaper) representation than the consumer reports I brought with me. All in all Bob Moore has never let me down and has gained a customer for life. More

Made car buying a delightful experience Looking for a new car, I contacted Bob Moore Subaru over the internet identifying my requirements, I was contacted and appt was set up. Carl Abrams, Looking for a new car, I contacted Bob Moore Subaru over the internet identifying my requirements, I was contacted and appt was set up. Carl Abrams, the salesman, showed me what they had that matched my requirements and we took a drive. The car was great. He also showed me other styles of this model, gave me printouts of prices. He understood when I said I had some other cars I wanted to look at. After looking at the other models, I decided to buy the Subaru and went back to Carl. He dropped what he was doing to find the car I wanted and get everything ready and take me to finance to finish the process. There Nick Larsen finished the paperwork. I really appreciate being treated with respect by both Carl and Nick. I am enjoying the new car and have received a couple of follow-ups from Carl to make sure I don't have any issues. More
