We were really wanting a 6 cylinder Outback, and there is generally a waiting list. We actually live closer to the Subaru dealer on 240 in OKC, but went through Bob Moore because they were able to get a 6 cylinder Outback in much sooner. My husband was out of town when the vehicle actually got to the lot, but Bob Moore was nice enough to hold it for us (when I'm sure they could have sold it the same day to someone else - that's actually what happened to us at the other dealership) for a couple of days. Robert was very no-pressure and straightforward to work with, and has been very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions post-sale. Absolutely recommend this dealership and sales person. Also, you can't beat Subaru's military discount - so vets, don't forget to ask! The only part of the sale we didn't like (mostly because we weren't prepared for it) was the finance office, which is where they sell the additional warranties and add-ons. If we'd known about those things prior to coming in to buy, we could have researched those as in-depth as we did the actual car. So there was a little pressure there to make a decision on the spot, but we're ultimately happy with our entire purchase and have basically no complaints about any part of the procedure. More
