I arrived, without an appointment and with a tire that had a screw in it. I was heading to the Oregon Coast with my toddler grandchild. I was indecisive about which choice to make when I got there, and Sandy was very informative about each of my possible options. After spending several hours with me, she made a suggestion which turned out to be the very best option for me. Afterwards, I talked with several other people who were "in the know" about the car business, and they told me that I definitely made the right choice, and got a great deal to boot.
