He was very knowledgeable and got me over and sitting inside two of the cars I wanted to see . After sitting in them I was ready for a drive ! At the time I was still shaken from the accident but unhurt decided to let him drive me .He drove both cars and told me all the great features of the cars . After the drives, he showed me another car I might me interested in after listening to me describe my dream car . It was more than I could have imagined ! It's a 2016 Honda Civic Touring One of only four in the whole State of Oregon. Of course I had to buy it right after the test drive .... After he closed the umbrella and opened the door I couldn't get back to his desk fast enough ! By the way since buying it he has called and checked on me to see how the car and me are doing . Beaverton Honda is the place to go! I spent two months dealing with dealerships trying to shove new cars at me out of my price range. Finally Beaverton Honda was the one who got me in my 2014 Kia Soul. The price was just a tad more than I wanted to spend, but I'm still digging my Kia Soul. I only dealt with Corey Faltyn the whole way through and he was SUPER helpful. He and his team put so much effort into getting the car that I wanted at an awesome rate! They got it down from 21% to 11% interest rate. Beaverton Honda was also able to buy my worthless Jeep and tow from Vancouver to Beaverton at no charge. Big plus for me! The most memorable part for me though, is that Corey wasn't trying to shove brand new vehicle at me. He really worked with my price range and the type of vehicle I was interested in. Beaverton Honda will definitely always be my go to dealership and I highly recommend asking for Corey! More

No Customer Service, No Customer Care Horrible. They would not negotiate the price whatsoever, not even $300 that my lender said I needed for the loan (because their best price was over th Horrible. They would not negotiate the price whatsoever, not even $300 that my lender said I needed for the loan (because their best price was over the value my bank felt the car was worth).They originally offered me a loan at 16% until I came in with my own loan then suddenly they could get me a 12% rate.. HA! AND my TRADE-IN?? They gave me $2000 for it and literally less than a week later I see it listed on their website for $6497.. not the "best price". Their "best price" is truly just the best price for them. Also, they only gave me one key and after closing said they wouldn't comp me another key, nothin they can (would) do about it.. The voice command controls is completely locked down because they didn't swipe it clean before they resold it so the old owner's PIN has is locked up. Absolutely NO customer service, absolutely NO customer care, just a lot of insincere apologies. If I could do it over, I'd go to another dealership. I will NEVER buy from them again. More

I arranged for a test drive online, and the salesperson who met me at the door went on the drive with me, and worked with me throughout the whole process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and really nice! He took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I traded in my old car for a fair price, and received a tutorial on my new car. He even put the new license plates on it for me so I didn't have to go the the DMV. I drove home my new car. It was easy and fun! More

I don’t like negotiating and worrying if I got a good deal. My husband and I did a lot of research and had determined which car we wanted as well as what price people have been paying for them. We saw the car we wanted on the BLBH website. Sent a e-mail. Got a price quote well aligned with prices that people around the country negotiated for. We went to the dealership, took a test drive, confirmed that the price did not change and sat down to do the paperwork. The salesperson we worked with was JC Lam and we would go to him again; he was an absolute delight. They have a no haggle price method. Same fair price goes to all buyers. They offered us extended warranties (with clear explanation of the benefits) and added options, and for those we declined there was no argument, we just moved on. They never tried to upsell us a model we didn’t want/couldn’t afford. We came and bought the car we wanted for the price we expected and actually got the car cheaper than expected by taking advantage of their recent graduate deal (500$ no hassle). Go see them and you won’t regret it. More
