We were both hesitant in thinking that the dealership could get us what we wanted and improve our situation in our current vehicle. Boy were blown away in a GREAT way! The sales manager, Glenn Allen, went above and beyond explaining our situation and educating us on our best option to improve our payment while getting a brand new vehicle. Our previous dealership experience in another town had not been pleasant but it was evident from the start that Glenn and Cole wanted to get us back into the Hyundai family! (we were driving a Camry and were under water pretty bad) Glenn worked out a great deal for us and then left it in the hands of Tony Rios in finance to get the deal financed and finished! Tony was fantastic and got us an awesome rate while lowering our payment by over $100 a month!! No Car Salesman, just Honest people. I have been to many dealerships, and because I'm young many car salesman try to take advantage of that age and inexperience. When I came to Bob King H I have been to many dealerships, and because I'm young many car salesman try to take advantage of that age and inexperience. When I came to Bob King Hyundai, I was treated like an adult, who knew what I wanted. I have never bought a brand new car, and this time that is exactly what I wanted. Most other dealerships would push me towards a used car(again because of my age and their idea of my experience). However, after speaking with Marcus Bryant, he did give me the option of a used Santa Fe vs a new Tucson, I still liked the Tucson, and he didn't push like most salesman. Because we got in late, we decided to come back the next day to talk prices. When we came in Marcus was busy with another customer and Robert Starnes took on our deal. Both men were very kind and honest. Not once did I feel pressured or judged by any member of this hyundai dealer. The best thing they did for us, to help us get our brand new Hyundai Tucson, was allow me to borrow a car due to time. I told Mr Starnes I had an appt to get to, so he spoke with Jack Haudin, and since we would not have been able to finish the paper work or come back the following day Mr Haudin made the arrangement for me to use one of their cars. So my husband was able to stay and finish up paperwork and drive our new car home, while I drove a car from the dealership to get to my appt. Also, Tony, who did the finalizing with my husband, went over all the fine print, and told my husband things that other dealers failed to mention. The honesty, and sincerity of the people here is a simple breath of fresh air. If they had not been so kind to help us work out a way to finish the fine print,I don't think we would have been able to get the Tucson I liked so much. And I know that its their job to sell cars, and that salesman will do anything to make a sale, but in all honesty, these men and women here, made me feel like they had my best interests at heart. After my terrible experience at the hyundai dealership in High Point, I was relieved there where still a few good men(and women) in the business. I have had my car 2 days and have already praised Bob King Hyundai to 3 people. Thank you to all those who helped us get our very 1st brand new car. The experience was enjoyable to say the least. She was very knowledgeable about our car, and its features. She put NO PRESSURE on us to buy anything! She even went as far as to have the car I wanted already filled with gas, cleaned, and ready to go as I pulled up to the dealership on Saturday morning. Although she admitted that English was a second language for her, my wife and I had no problems at all understanding her English, and we even learned a lot about her culture during our visit. So, a lesson in culture, and a new car both in one day...what a day!!! Thanks Guadalupe! More
