Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and a all wheel alignment they did not rotate my tires this is the second time this has happened I had to call and go back up there but they did give Me a all wheel alignment they did not rotate my tires this is the second time this has happened I had to call and go back up there but they did give Me a refund and rotated the tires but my question is why charge me and not do the work and also when I dropped off the car I had told the advisor that my tires was not rotated on a previous visit so please make sure it gets done this time but I guess that didn't get the memo More

Good car, good price, good sales rep, easy transaction. My main complaint is the interior of the car was not cleaned or detailed, and the car had less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas.
