They heard what I wanted, and they delivered a fast easy experience! While I was at work, I went and did the credit app, then Rickey had the car waiting for me when I had arrived!! I took it for a test drive where Ricky showed me all the features. Even though I was a little hesitate(buying a car is never for the week)!! He broke everything down and it made me more at ease going through the car buying experience. He stayed late to make sure my car buying experience was great! He wasn’t pushy, and didn’t try and sell me on things I didn’t want. I put it out there, how much I wanted to spend, and what I wanted monthly! He did a great job!I recommend asking for Ricky if you get a Honda!! More

Service was fairly quick, however as I pulled out I noticed that my gas tank was almost empty even though it had a quarter of a tank when I dropped it off - it said I could only go 3 miles. Also by the time I got to the main road the trim on my front wheel well was flapping. As I had to go immediately to the gas station, I had no option of going back to the dealership. All but 2 clips on the trim had to be pushed back in while I was filling up. Not a huge deal but after spending $1200 you’d think that I would’ve had enough gas to go to somewhere else to fill up, and not have to fix my trim. Thankfully there was a station 1/2 a mile away. More
