I am giving a 5 star mainly because of service advisor TJ has been a great help and deserves a good review. I have taken my car in multiple times for the same cracking noise that never went away. The first has been a great help and deserves a good review. I have taken my car in multiple times for the same cracking noise that never went away. The first service advisor that helped me I think his name was Trevor did not take me seriously and was told the noise was normal and that all cars make that noise., and then I had a Honda tech tell me that even all the new Hondas make the same cracking noise. Which I found hard to believe., finally the 4th time I brought it in they found the problem turns out I needed the front passenger strut replaced. I’m not understanding why it took that many times to find the problem., aren’t all these Honda techs like specialized to be certified to work on Honda’s? More
