I take it in and am told that the can't look at it until Monday, its Friday at 7am why cant they. I was then told to leave it,I can't due to this being my only car. They dont have a loaner car for at least 2 weeks but they will call me... this is why people don't trust dealerships much. Moral of the story, dealership is great, service department needs revamped. I had to take my brand new car (less than 1500 miles) in for repairs a month and a half after purchasing due to error messages. When I picked it up and drove off the lot, I started getting new error message for repairs a month and a half after purchasing due to error messages. When I picked it up and drove off the lot, I started getting new error messages for a failed tire sensor. They kept my car for 3 days and did not offer a loaner. When I picked my car up, there were greasy dark handprint smudges on my new white interior and they had rifled through my center console and pulled my coin purse out. In addition to that, another one of my family members also used them for repairs on her car and they are not calling back or honoring her extended warranty. Very disappointed in this dealership! I worked with Ramsey to get my car fixed she did a great job went out of her way. The dealership got me a loaner car which was a blessing and I was able to leave my car there long enough to get fixed. I nee job went out of her way.
