My advice to anyone purchasing from Bob Howard would be to make sure EVERYTHING is done to satisfaction, before you sign ANYTHING. I purchased a 2018 CRV Touring from Bob Howard Acura. Minutes after a signed a doc stating I received everything, my salesman Austin Demaree told me the car had only one set of keys, and promised to retrieve the other. Since I live 200 miles from the dealership, I had to take the promise in good faith, and drive home with the car. Fast forward 2+ weeks, Austin and Bob Howard are no longer returning my communications. I have had better customer service buying a pair of jeans or a bundle of bananas than I recieved from buying a 30K car from Bob Howard Acura in Oklahoma City. More

Very good experience My RDX was having difficulty starting. I was able to drive to the dealership. I arrived around 5 p.m. I was told that the mechanics leave at 5 and My RDX was having difficulty starting. I was able to drive to the dealership.
