DO NOT BUY OR USE FOR SERVICE! !! Bought a 2024 Acura RDX from them on Dec. 16, 2025 for our daughter. When we was on our way to pick it up, we found out that it had an accident on !! Bought a 2024 Acura RDX from them on Dec. 16, 2025 for our daughter. When we was on our way to pick it up, we found out that it had an accident on the car fax. Was told by the sales MANAGER and the salesman that it was just a branch that fell on it and that their Body Shop was who fixed it and that everything would still be covered by warranty! Had a good rain storm early March 2026 (First good rain) and my daughter got in it and the speakers made a big loud pop and the radio no longer worked. Took it to the local Acura in Springfield Missouri and was informed that the shop who completed the previous repairs did NOT hook up the drain tube that drains all the water out of the sunroof channel therefore it drained right into the back compartment filling it up and causing the amp to short out and be ruined. Also was informed that they also didn't hook up the washer fluid hose. Because it was caused by negligent repair, Acura will not cover it under their warranty. Reached out to Bob Howard Acura (MULTIPLE TIMES) and was informed that they wasn't going to cover it. I have attached pictures and a video from the Acura Dealer in Springfield, MO. More
