They drove my car for a week intermittently, stating the problem was not duplicating. They then told me to continue driving it and if the problem happens again to bring it back so they can hook their scanne problem was not duplicating. It never said anything new. However, continuing driving it is the reason my transmission is blown now. They should have taken the time to try to track the problem down instead of waste my gas. Now I've lost $6,000 to put down on a new car. More

Our trade-in was low balled and we wanted to stay below a certain amount and was told it couldn't be done and if so, we had to use GM financing.
