Hi, I bought a brand new Camaro SS from this dealer 6 months ago. Amazingly great experience. But today I want to leave a review about Tammy in their great service department. She explained everything to me perfectly, but I am not a technocrat (to say the least), and I got frustrated during our call. I wasn't rude, but I was short and frustrated. She had every reason to tell me exactly how the cow ate the cabbage, and tell me to go pound sand. But no, she maintained her poise, kindness and professionalism. To Tammy I say I'm sorry. I was told one price then when it was all said and done I got overcharged. I put 5000 down and that did not reflect in the final price. Then I was told some nonsense about me not being able to see that throu got overcharged. I put 5000 down and that did not reflect in the final price. Then I was told some nonsense about me not being able to see that through the finance companies total. Plan and simple if I put 5000 down it should reflect in the final pricing.
