I was pleasant pleased with the attention I received from start to finish. I brought my car in as directed and Max Gruich was the service desk personnel I met first. He heard my comments related to my car start to finish. I brought my car in as directed and Max Gruich was the service desk personnel I met first. He heard my comments related to my car and the issue I was having. He did a little research on the computer, printed out something and walked out with me to see if the issue was a real issue or operator error. First, this was true professionalism in my opinion. Then after determining it was not operator error he signed my car in for a drop off date best for my schedule and for his service department. When dropping off my car at the weekend drop, the attendants on site let me know that the car would be safe and that I had all the information correct for the drop off. The service department called me and explained they did find an issue and the part was on its way and the car would be ready by the time I was back. Upon picking up my car, it was exactly as it should have been. I had taken photos of the mileage before I left it and the car was not even taken off the lot. I am impressed. My car is a C8 Corvette and they took great care of it as if it was their own. Thank you for the professionalism and great service.
