We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership I wish your salesperson would have explained to you that this is our first and only 2011 Mustang GT in stock and we have had to turn down numerous test drive request out of respect for who buys it. It would not be fair to them to sell a 400+ HP car that had been driven by so many people and I doubt you would buy one under those conditions. I think also it’s not fair to bring up an issue from 20 years ago and what expectations did you have of our salesperson while you tried on the Mustang in 92 degree heat? She sat in the shade of the golf cart the same thing you or me would have done. If there is anything we can do to get you to retract this unfair review, “In my Opinion” or to help you buy a Mustang please let me know. Bruce Hartz 443-468-0226
