Purchased my car over a month ago and I'm still waiting for the dealership to send me my registration and tags. I've been without my car now for the last 2 weeks due to my tags expiring and I'm not quite for the dealership to send me my registration and tags. I've been without my car now for the last 2 weeks due to my tags expiring and I'm not quite certain when I'll be able to drive my car again and it doesn’t seem to be on the top of the dealerships list of priorities. Seriously, Rachel, our sales consultant, was an absolute superstar. She made everything so easy and genuinely enjoyable. What we really loved was that she wasn't pushy *at all*. She actually listened to what we were looking for and gave us all the info we needed without ever making us feel rushed or like we *had* to buy something. It was such a breath of fresh air, and it truly helped us feel super confident about picking out our new ride. But it wasn't just Rachel who made it great; the entire team at Blasius Mitsubishi was awesome! We were really impressed with how straightforward and fair the pricing was – no hidden surprises, which is always a huge plus. We definitely feel like we got a fantastic deal.
