He was very friendl, cheerful and so helpful at explaining what my problem was and how to fix it, along with updating my system for me. He made my first experience with a dealership the best! The billngsley body shop refused to fix both our vehicles that were in their shop for 7 weeks. The body shop would call ( 3 times ) informing us that our vehicles were ready and each time when arriving we that were in their shop for 7 weeks. The body shop would call ( 3 times ) informing us that our vehicles were ready and each time when arriving we would find the same dents , paint over spray areas , and the paint colors were two toned. After the third time the Billingsley body shop and the Billingsley dealership owner had decided to kick our vehicles out of their shop and informed us we need to take up the problems with our insurance company. The body shop manager stated that he did not want his body techs to work on this vehicle a fourth time because it would bring the moral of his employees down. It sounds like the customer needs to worry about the moral and accept what ever quality of work that is given. We currently have two tone paint as I mentioned and when driving one of the vehicles of the lot the rear passenger door is loose and rattles. I returned to body shop which was already closed and drove up to the sales department to show them. Once we got home we found an arrow that was painted on the expedition to show the body shop techs where to fix. I have since contacted my insurance company and they will be sending out an inspector to examine the work performed by Billingsley ford body shop. More

Charles does a great job at getting you the best price. I tried to buy a truck and he did his best to make the deal work.
