I don't know what prompted you to respond at this point, but you're about 5 years too late. That alone shows how committed to customer service your organization is. Maybe you know the details of my transaction, or you figure that around this point I'd possibly be considering purchasing a new vehicle. Maybe you think that some last minute communication will encourage me to go back to your dealership. Whatever the motives- I'm not going back there, unless you guys create a problem when I finish paying the loan and need my title. My experience was awful, it tainted my purchase of my first car.
