If you are in the market for a car, I think you have to see what Bill Luke has before making a decision. I wanted to test drive several cars, as I had not made up my mind on what I wanted. I was considering anything from a sports car to a compact SUV. I wanted to check Bill Luke before I bought anything to see if the great prices they posted online were legit, or a ruse to get people in the door. I am very cynical when it comes to car sales. Like most of us, I have had a lot of bad experiences, and have dealt with a lot of dishonesty. I was pleased to find the prices were real, and the sales people were knowledgable and patient. I first worked with Jeff, who was great. I was not ready to buy at the end of the day, but said I would come back the next evenning. Jeff did not pressure me and was fine with me coming in the next day, even though he would not be there. The next day I worked with Kevin, who was great. I did not feel pressured when I did not want to take their offer, Kevin was patient and did not get defensive as we haggled and worked out a deal. When we finally came to something we could both live with, the financing was easy. No hidden fees, and everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I have dealt with a few dealerships around town, and this is the only one I would feel comfortable recommending. In fact, given their great pricing, I think everyone in the market for a car should check their website, and if they have something you like, go check it out. They have so many cars, that even if you are like me and have not made up your mind, you will have an opportunity to check out many different makes and models. I am very happy with the results of this car buying experience. More

Extremely disappointed. I went twice in one week to look at two different vehicles. I got a salesman by the name of Deacon Carey both times. I did not really like him the first time but since he had already helped me out he wanted to help me out the second time. I wasn't happy about it but I went with it. We are test driving a Used 2015 Mazda 6. I connect my phone to the bluetooth to listen to my music and see how the system sounds. I am playing music by the rapper J. Cole. "Farewell" is the name of the song. It was not even that loud, and had he politely asked me to turn it down the music I would have done so without hesitation. But instead, he turns down the music himself, and proceeds to say "I'm sorry I cannot listen to this, I cannot do that xxxxxx stuff". I immediately head back to dealer and go talk to his manager a man by the name of Nick Nevels. He does not seem too surprised about what happened and said he would "talk" to him. I don't think Bill Luke Fiat needs a racist xxxxx working on the lot trying to sell cars. The prices are great and I'm sure they don't care that they lost my business because somebody will buy that car. But this story needs to be told. It's the 21st century buddy. Stop the racism. More

Worth the drive! I would buy from Bill Like Fiat again. The entire event went smoothly from fy initial contact with the internet dept with Kara. To financing with Ginger. Everyone was extremely friendly. When I scheduled the time to come view the car, they had it out front waiting for my arrival. Kara went above and beyond in trying to coordinate the viewing with me. Because of my busy schedule, we kept playing phone tag. Charles allowed me to view the vehicle and test drive with no pressure. I walked away from the lot without anyone chasing me down. I came back a couple of days later and purchased the vehicle from Charles. He even came in on his day off to help me. I felt financing went just as smoothly. The only disappointment was that I could not use my pre-approval through my credit union. I had to use Bill Luke’s financing to receive the advertised discount. Because of this I gave them four stars. The people I worked with received 5 stars. This is the third dealership I went to during this car shopping experience. (Peoria Nissan is HORRIBLE, talk about a bunch of sharks out to get you.) I have had my vehicle for 1 week, I am glad I chose Bill Luke. More

Bill Tish is the only sales person I've dealt with in the past few weeks who wasn't emailing me daily with deals for cars I didn't ask about. The fact that he seemed to be more concerned in my satisfaction than landing a big sale is the reason I ultimately decided to go back and purchase my car from him. Many companies are figuring out that customer service and loyalty is more important than sales. Bill Luke seems to be ahead of the curve in this regard. More

Unfortunately, that was not my experience with all the other dealers we visited.. He listened to what car model and features my wife and I were interested in and only showed us those models; there were five on the lot. This was our last dealer stop for the day. Every other dealer's sales person had us review every single car on their lot that was remotely in our price range with complete disregard for our interest or time. With John, we were able to quickly zero in the one we liked best. It was in better condition, had more features and lower miles than any other we saw in our 4 weeks of searching. The interesting part was they were asking $1,500 to $2K less than all the others we found. John explained instead of pricing the vehicles high and haggling, they add a smaller, fair margin, then publish the cars price on the internet. Great time and pressure saver. They reviewed multiple finance companies terms and rates to get us the monthly payment we wanted. John himself was an extremely genuine and caring individual, not to mention a great sense of humor. I highly recommend Bill Luke Fiat and John. Our overall experience was great and we love the car we purchased. More
