When I told home we were driving 3 hours to see it he volunteered to call me the next morning and let know it was still available. It was and we made the drive. Bill then introduced us to Paul. It only took a few hours and everything was squared away. I felt like I was listened to and treated extremely well not just by Shawn but by the entire staff at Bill Luke Fiat. Their manager Josh was even kind enough to bring paperwork to my Father who had been sitting outside. Lemon I moved to Arizona leaving all of my family in New York. I purchased my first car, which I truly believe is a lemon. Within 2 weeks of owning the car, I moved to Arizona leaving all of my family in New York. I purchased my first car, which I truly believe is a lemon. Within 2 weeks of owning the car, I felt like I was driving on rumble strips when I would accelerate. My breaks squeak so loud every time I slightly press on them. It was a used car, but I should have money sucked out of my pocket before making my first payment. I should have 5-30s on my tires and have my breaks in the yellow range. I was also give a car without a CD port, I have the eject button but no port for the CD. Long story short, within a month of owning the car, I have had 6 things wrong with it, and I no longer feel safe in this car. How do you think my dad feels about his youngest daughter drives a 2013 death trap..... let alone 2,000+ miles away from home. More

We have been through 6 dealerships in a weekend. 1 of the 6 dealership was proper but still pushy. Another of the 6 dealership did not even offered to let us test drive the car... but he was ready to have us sign docs. One of the dealers refused to disclosed the pricing for 3 of the vehicle we test drove (even after asking for it several times during our interaction). The rest, well, p-u-s-h-y! We were about to postponed the car shopping after our sub-par experience. However, we came across "no Haggle price" on the internet at Bill Luke Tempe. We visited. Tony greeted us at the Lot, and inquired what vehicle we were looking to own. We told him we are not sure just yet. Tony gave us the lay of the land, and excused himself so we can peruse on our own. *hurrah* About 15mins later, Tony came out to follow up with us. We certainly felt that we were being helped by a Customer Service Advisor, and not by a pushy Sales Representative. Thanks, Tony! You Rock! More
