Brought our 2006 Jeep Commander here for diagnostics that our regular mechanic did not have the machine for. Set the appt in advance, but was not told that it would take multiple days to diagnose the issue. our regular mechanic did not have the machine for. When my husband asked for a same-day appt, he was told there were none available but that he could rent a new car off the lot fore a few days while we waited for it. That's an interesting sales ploy, LOL! I have no interest in buying a new car and apparently they have no interest in figuring out how to a schedule work appropriately or knowin how to service our "classic" inside of a day. Next...! More
