After calling four separate times to cancel my warranty — which they are legally required to process — I received no response and no follow-up. There has been zero communication after the sale, and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored when trying to resolve a legitimate issue. If customer service and accountability matter to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere. More
