So it was Saturday at 1:30 and we discovered we had a mechanical issue on our F-350 that was a cause for concern. We were leaving on a long trip the next day which was a Sunday. We called the service department and spoke with David. They were closing in 30 minutes! David said to drive the truck in and he would take a look at it. He was super kind, accommodating, and concerned. We brought the truck in and David fixed the problem in a matter of minutes! Thanks David! We are VERY appreciative! More
