Come have a look.It was too good to believe apart from having a clean record and being in mint condition and I mean mint condition also with low miles and the price range that I was looking around there was a bonus it was owned by a very senior couple who probably had taken great care of the car as was evident.I had been looking at other cars and other dealers for sometime but it seemed like it was hard to buy used cars. I had met Todd twice and he had shown me a couple of cars but when he showed me the cars he clearly understood my needs.He sincerely made efforts to see that I could buy the car thatI wanted and within the price range that I could afford. He was not pushy. He showed me two cars with low miles around the same price.I could see why he called me to see this car. This car was maintained very well and as such Todd wanted me to see this car.My neighbor who came to help me drive the car back was amazed when he saw the car,having brought new cars himself. He was very impressed.I would recommend Todd Berry as he is sincere and keen to your needs.Also the people who crunch the numbers were very helpful and kind Max Akram and the Sales Manager for the used cars John Bostik.There was a glitch on the part of my bank and the sales team were patient until the bank resolved itwhich was a week.On the whole I would recommend Todd Berry and going to this dealership. I had a very bad experience at Butler Toyota! I was I had a very bad experience at Butler Toyota! I was basically told that I would have one deal and then they switched everything on me. I was tryin I had a very bad experience at Butler Toyota! I was basically told that I would have one deal and then they switched everything on me. I was trying to lease a Toyota Camery XLE and trading in a lease 2007 Toyota Corolla low miles, Bob Butler will remember me I was introduced to him. The financing person and I shook on the deal after the sales man presented my terms to him. The sales man told me yes he could get me "no money down" and "extra miles covered" on the lease. My husband called to verify the deal the next day before I went back in to sign the papers. Everything was verified by the salesman. Then I go into the office and the deal is not the same, they changed everything now I was required money down and no extra miles unless I paid more than we agreed. The contract was in front of me and no warning on the money down! They just changed it on me and never mentioned with me! I walked out, told them it was a deal breaker. The salesman tells me in the parking lot, I would never get a deal like that!!! After he had confirmed it with me and my husband!!! Also the financing people and I dealt with two, a man, (Randy, I think) and a woman the next day, both were VERY RUDE!!! Later after talking with people in and out of the business I discover everyone already knows they don't play nice; I guess I was the last to find out. THE GOOD NEWS IS THEY MADE MORE THAN ONE OF THESE CARS!!! I WENT TO ROYAL SOUTH TOYOTA AND GOT THE DEAL!!! THE DEAL THAT BUTLER TOYOTA PROMISED ME BUT LIED ABOUT!!! IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE TO ROYAL SOUTH TOYOTA, (BLOOMINGTON) THEY LIVED UP TO THE NAME TREATED ME LIKE A QUEEN GAVE ME THE DEAL I WANTED AND I AM DRIVING THE CAR I ALWAYS WANTED!!! More
