I purchased a used Honda through Kevin Luzader and worked with Max Akram on financing. I have owned two Toyota vehicles and had them both serviced at Butler Toyota. When it was time to buy another vehicle, I wouldn't consider buying anything other than a Toyota because I trust my Advis serviced at Butler Toyota. I purchased a Lexus BUT confirmed prior to my purchase that I was able to have it serviced at Butler. They do a fantastic job and charge significantly lower prices that Lexus dealerships. I recommend this to any Lexus owner. I am very particular about whom I work with related to my car and how they relate to me as a woman. I decided to drive all the way from Chicago and I arrived at the dealer around 8pm. I was cranky and tired. However, immediately after arriving Matt Brown greeted us with EXTREME friendliness. He had even called during our long drive to wish a safe trip. It was by far, a great experience. I felt secure and NOT taken advantage of (young female are often fearful of buying a car). He walked me through everything patiently and then introduced me to Matt Akrom- the workaholic, but he was also AWESOME. He made sure to convince me to get warranty. I LOOOOOVE THE CAR and I have a more than comfortable montly payment with added warranty- the experience EVERYONE wants! Definitely worth the 3 hr drive, and trust me, I would've been upset if I didn't walk out with the car. ASK FOR MATT BROWN AND MAX AKROM- awesome time! More
