I purchased my 2021 Aviator June 2021 I love my car but it’s been in the shop 3 times for minor things, this last time when I picked it up some of the issues they said they fixed is worse, I do like my ser it’s been in the shop 3 times for minor things, this last time when I picked it up some of the issues they said they fixed is worse, I do like my service guy he is great it’s the people that work on my car seems to not know how to fix, my interior got dirty.Now I am not sure if I want to go back there for any service. I hope they realize how important the customer is. More
