My wife purchased a new car here with a few options that were important to her, one of which was built in navigation. We specifically asked the salesman if this vehicle had navigation, to which he replied i were important to her, one of which was built in navigation. We specifically asked the salesman if this vehicle had navigation, to which he replied it did. I know it’s our responsibility to check the spec sheet but I’d also expect their salespeople to be trained to answer questions about the vehicles they sell. A few days after purchasing the vehicle and having some time to figure things out we realized it did not have built in navigation. We did discover that it will link to Apple CarPlay but this is not what my wife was referring to. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager, Evan, I believe, and explained everything and asked if there was anything they could do to possibly add navigation. He said he would talk to the owner the next morning and call me back. He didn’t. Typical dealership, once you sign on the line they could care less about their customers. More

I’d sent my tire price request twice to the dealership in Arkansas that I’d purchased my vehicle from but never heard back. I sent a request to Bill Collins and had a phone call the next morning when they opened for business. I went in for new tires but the service desk guys were so personable and professional, I asked for an oil change and maintenance my car so I would feel confident on my long trip south. I’m very pleased with Bill Collins service center and will have my car serviced there when I’m in town. The price was less than the other 3 quotes on tires, alignment & oil change More
