This was our first visit to Ron Carter Hyundai and it was a great experience. Armando De Los Santos was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We came to Ron Carter because of the low internet prices. This was ONLY supposed to be an information gathering visit.....needless to say...we walked out or should I say drove out in a 2013 Hyundai Tucson. This was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had in trading in my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership over any other hands down! I had been researching the car I wanted for quite some time so when I arrived at Ron Carter Hyundai I knew exactly what I wanted. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before so I was a little ner time so when I arrived at Ron Carter Hyundai I knew exactly what I wanted. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before so I was a little nervous about what kind of experience I would have but it couldn't have gone better. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and even after a long day on a holiday weekend, James was so friendly and patient with me. He was able to answer my questions and I felt like I got a good deal not just on my trade in but also on my new car. The car I wanted was not in stock and it would take a few days to find so James put me in a loaner vehicle until mine came in. When I arrived to pick up my new car, James took me through all the features and functions of the car and made sure every question was answered. He even followed up with me a few days later to see how I was enjoying it. I absolutely LOVE my new car. I got everything I wanted including a great buying experience at Ron Carter Hyundai. Both Christian and Sosa were helpful from the moment my wife and I walked in.
