Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inflation plus recall. I received the vehicle back with tires still under inflated, oil light was not reset and greasy finger marks on my backseat. Antonio Clinger checked me in. I was very pleased with him. Also Brandon Sandoval was my sales guy and he did a great job. Big Star would get an A+ in my book . The only negative was the Lyft driver His car was old, smelled of gasoline, filthy, windows open and it was hot out. Luckly I was going to Sams a mile away . This was my first ride with Lyft. I did rate him very poorly. The girl that picked me up to come back was way way better. I did not see Antonio when I came back but I did share with one of the other guys my not so good experience . He suggested I inform Lyft. More

Went to get new vehicle since the original one was not operating properly. Thought they had everything ready and we only needed to sign papers.
