Unfortunately customer service after the sale is no longer important to corporate America these days. Waiting months for a part that has been recalled by the manufacturer is unacceptable from the custo longer important to corporate America these days. Too long turn around time. Had to pick up vehicle before they even got to it to repair it. I will service my vehicles there because of my prepaid oil change already purchased. But after my last service on my sierra they did not include my multi point inspection survey. I tried to contact servic oil change already purchased. But after my last service on my sierra they did not include my multi point inspection survey. I tried to contact service department including manager and no one answered or called me back. Had the same issue with contacting them before. So call me at (832) 331-7797 and we will discuss this issue further. I will not recommend this dealership till someone from management calls me. More
