Airbag light came on went to get a diagnosis was told by John that it would be 3 days. No help with rental car or anything. This appointment was scheduled. Got my car after a month. Went in for a broken antenna An roof fix. They replaced the antenna which the paint is coming off or looks like they took it off another car. When I picked up car asked why wasn’t roof repaired An said they’re not body shop, which they could of told me that from the beginning that it wasn’t going to get repaired. Inside of car was left with mechanic hand prints. Terrible expierence an Poor service. More
I bought my truck from this Dealership back in may 2021, the sales person was good. but once this truck started to give me issues I needed to take it in for diagnostics. and the more issues it game me the w the sales person was good. but once this truck started to give me issues I needed to take it in for diagnostics. and the more issues it game me the worse it got. this past time I took my truck to get service drop it off on 12/21/2022 at 8 AM and was told it would take 72 hrs. to get diagnosed when I call for a follow up i was told the technician was no where to be found and they took my number to so call get me a call back, they didn't so I call back the next day and the lady told me that according to the mechanics notes they didn't know what the issue was and needed more time, this was on 12/27/22. Finally I had my husband call them on December 30, 2022, and he was told that the horn needed to be replaced that they had already had other trucks with the same issue that they were just waiting for the part to arrive to replace it. About the extended crack they said that the technician had been thrown on a loop with it that he still couldn't figure out what was causing it. After a whole week not hearing from them " three weeks after it was dropped of for service" my husband called again to see what's going on with the truck and they say that the truck is ready that we should have been notified already by text. so he call me to asked me if I had been notified witch I assured him they had not contacted me. I called and asked to talk to the manager when i finally got a hold of the manager I was told by him that not only was the truck ready but the truck had been ready for 2 days, and that he was under the impression we had already been contacted. once I got to the dealership they had handed the keys to the receptionist on the sales floor. I took the papers they wanted me to sign and told her I wanted them to explain what they had done to the truck, walked back to the service department and the receptionist there proceeded to explain to me that not only had they not replaced the part(horn) they had only found the horn to be disconnected and all they had done is connect the cable back, at that point I was very angry and told her how is that possible if they had kept it longer because of what they had told my husband. she proceeded to explain to me that she was only stating what the paperwork said. she also said that they had to reprogram the truck for the extended cranking again I told her that didn't explain the extended time. of course I left this place more angrier. once I got home I red the rest of the notes they claimed that they had washed my truck and detailed they didn't do any of what they said, my truck was in the same condition I left it. I just cant believe their customer service specially that of their manager Joe Mora he could have dome more on his part to de escalate the situation but his answers just made it worse. they are not truthful about what they are doing with your vehicles More
Never use your service again, purchase two vehicle from this dealership. I dont know were the sevice with wrong when they change over are what, but I receive bad service. I took my Cadillac in the air condition was not blowing cold it cost me 1200 dollars, with in a month I still had no air. I contact the dealership and was told I could pay more to recheck something they should have fix when I took it there. what that tell about this dealship on services some may have had good exprience with them, but they have left a bitter taste in my mouth having spoke with them about the problem and I got no solution and still no air!!!!!!!so, good luck with them. More
My Salesman was nice and finance wasn’t pushy. Good ends there. I was Charged a 3000$ reconditioning fee that was not advertised in the price up front. This was supposed to get vehicle in ready to sell condition. From the looks of it all they did to recondition the vehicle was wash it. Fluids were not topped off, oil life was at 80% and My certified pre owned truck with 19500 miles is now in the shop 6 days from my purchase date for an oil leak that does not appear to have just happened judging by how much is on the underside of my truck. You would think a 172 point inspection would have noticed an obvious leak. Do not buy used from here. More
