Worst experience ever! !!! I purchased a 2022 Subaru Impreza Premium from them and they told me the car had a 151 point Inspection that it passed and new tires and was in g !!! I purchased a 2022 Subaru Impreza Premium from them and they told me the car had a 151 point Inspection that it passed and new tires and was in great condition. The very first night I went to drive the car the issues were already present. My drivers side window would not stay rolled up. I went through a drive thru and when I tried rolling up the window, it would go up then right back down. I tried the button at least 10 times before the window stayed up. Then I noticed my front end by my hood and the headlights there was more space on one side than the other. My bumper was actually starting to fall off. Also I ended up with a huge screw in my tire and when I went to get it repaired/replaced I was told the tires were NOT new they were 4 years old and the tire I needed repaired already had one repair in it previously. They are LIARS! And I’ve text and called and sent pictures of every wrong and Leo ignores everything. Do not go to them. More

He then assigned my case to a young guy named Grant. I test drove the car, pointed out my concerns, and they addressed everything after their mechanic did a thorough diagnostic and explained everything. They stuck to the sticker price, insisting it was a fair price for the kind and condition of the vehicle I was buying. I kind of understood where they were coming from, and based on my research, I agreed. The paperwork went smoothly, and I drove off with the car the next day. I would recommend anyone shopping for a car to go see them. More
