I told Johnny from Chevrolet exactly which car we wanted down to the model and the features it had to have- $279/month by phone he negotiated to get us to show up in person at this dealership with the understanding that we would be doing a trade and expected to negotiate the price down further to around $250 a month based on our trade and my Neighbor worked for board of ed and they had some other incentive programs (current Chevrolet owner loyalty). In person we negotiated with Ron (manager from Chevrolet) for the trade and put the trade towards the lease deal and Ron went as low as $252/month for 39 months. My neighbor filled out the purchase paperwork and they promised us the car 11:00 yesterday. When my neighbors showed up to pick up the car, both Johnny and Ron were not there. About a half hour later, my neighbor calls my cell and says "ron is here and he says we need to pay a little more money because he made a mistake." I said absolutely not don't do anything I'll be right there. End Result- Ron and the finance lady said they made a mistake and that they could not go lower than $289/month. That is $10 more a month than the original promised deal that got us to go to this place instead of Brooklyn. And that was not including the $500 they gave us for our trade. They had to put the license plates back on my neighbors car he was trading in and my neighbor had to cancel the insurance he bought for the new car he was promised. Ron promised us and put in writing $252/month for 39 months which would be approx $9828 for 39 months and then when my neighbor was supposed to be picking up their brand new car they told him instead he would have to pay $289/month which totals approx $11,271. They tried to get $1500 more!!!!! at the time where they were supposed to give him possession of the car. It seems to me that you don't have a deal with these people until after you drive the car off the actual lot. My neighbors told me they would have been very upset but they would have done what they told them to do and paid It if I didn't show up to help them. I recommend you all do the same for your family and friends, look out for your loved ones and DO NOT TRUST these people. More

Long wait time for headlight bulb replacement I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox and visited this location on Monday 02 /19/18 for service to replace headlight bulb. Now the other side is out 02/26/18. I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox and visited this location on Monday 02 /19/18 for service to replace headlight bulb. Now the other side is out 02/26/18. Funny how they make suggestions about other service you may need. But failed to mention changing the bulb on other side. I called and spoke with Mike and was told that if I had changed both on same day I would have been charged $169.39 × 2 because they would have to go on other side. More

Ruined my car I sat there for two days . the first day they told me I needed a new part. The second day they installed the wrong usb in my Car. Great experience buying a 2015 Colorado from Johan I walked into this place not even sold on Chevy as the brand I was buying from, and just wanted to learn more about the Colorado. But I drove away in a new truck thanks to the deal Johan worked out for me. He was very straightforward and fair, as far as used car salesmen go, and listened to what I was looking for. When I told him what I would need to "drive it away today" he met my demands. Can't ask for more than that. Spent plenty of time going over the car with me after the deal was already closed as well...a lot of dealers hand you the keys and send you packing once you sign the dotted line. -1 star because I found the Finance Manager to be somewhat pushy in selling an extended warranty. I didn't like that he tried to make me feel guilty about not buying it and was basically telling me how unreliable and expensive repairs to my new truck would be. Not the greatest feeling when you're already plunking down 30k. Still, overall this was a very positive experience buying a car. More

cheap cars aren't cheap they sold me a camaro with bad headlights, and the entire car shakes when it goes from 4 to 8 cylinder mode they put used headlight bulbs from anoth they sold me a camaro with bad headlights, and the entire car shakes when it goes from 4 to 8 cylinder mode they put used headlight bulbs from another car into mine, and swapped out my wheels and tires with those from another car on the lot after the other didn't fix the shaking, they told me the shaking noises are ''normal'' but would look into service bulletins on the shaking. there are also big holes in the door jambs from a shoddy paintless dent removal job, but in all fairness not sure if they had it done or it was the previous ower. within 2 weeks the radiator clamp also rusted out and dumped antifreeze all over my driveway but i fixed that myself because it was less painful than dealing with them haven't heard from them since on the other issues and service manager doesn't return calls More
