Top Notch Dealership, Unlike Any Other Last weekend I sent out emails to multiple dealerships explaining what I had to trade and what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Last weekend I sent out emails to multiple dealerships explaining what I had to trade and what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. All dealerships responded immediately with the usual low ball offer for my trades and full retail for the Ridgeline. I had 2 vehicles to trade, and it seemed the dealerships sensed desperation and wanted to steal the trades. I was fortunate enough to connect with Ernie Dance at Bianchi Honda, who encouraged me to come in, promising I wouldn't be disappointed. Bianchi is more than 100 miles from my home in Cranberry Twp., but I took him up on the offer. Boy, am I glad I did! What a professional! We had a deal within 15 minutes of my arrival. Ernie listened to what I wanted and he delivered. No back and forth dickering. He hit a "home run on his first at bat". I got a great deal on the Ridgeline and received what I wanted on both my trades. It's a busy dealership, so don't expect to be sitting around with no activity. Employees are very busy and they move a lot of cars. They even worked out the details on the financing with my personal credit union with a rate of 1.49% with a 3 year term. I couldn't be happier! Ask for Ernie Dance and I am sure you won't be disappointed. He is a great sales rep and represents the very best in Bianchi Honda! More

Henry paid attention to my top priority list of what I needed in a car & didn't try to sell me anything that didn't fit those needs. He was well educated on the specs of different cars. Mike did a good job in getting me the best financing possible with my fair credit score. The showroom was inviting, waiting room full of stuff for the tech savvy, coffee & goodies too, while you are there, wide variety of certified vehicles at a very fair price. Nothing sugar coated here, fair & honest sales and staff are what make this an award winning place to shop. The warranties are 2nd to none & free car washes for life....?
