After purchasing my Fiat, I noticed a minor defect in a lever. I called Bettenhausen, and they immediately set me up with a time and day to bring it in to their Fiat location in Tinley Park. I test drove thier Grand Caravan R/T (Silver) but it was not the color we wanted, so Nick purchased the Gray model from another dealership. I still couldn't make up my mind because I haven't seen the blue. So Nick went and purchased the blue from another dealer! I went to the dealership on Nick's day off to compare the Blue and Gray models, side-by-side. This is where Kyle helped out...waiting and chatting with me while I gazed at both for about a 1/2 hour! Came to the dealership to replace a Malibu that I have been having probelms with for months. Nick was very friendly and showed me an Avenger. First Chrysler I ever bought; met Don a couple of months ago and told him my wife was interested in a 300; told him our payment on Chevy Trailblazer and he said he could beat it. They were most helpful and found her a 300 she liked. They indeed beat our monthly payment by $65.
