I expected to have to wait a bit for the package that I wanted. However, by time we got back from our test drive, he told us he had found a Jeep Liberty with all the goodies that we wanted on it. We test drove it on a Saturday and I was driving it off the lot the following Friday. Yeeehawww! The sky slider on the vehicle did not work when we went in to pick it up, but this was no fault of Jose's. He had it fixed within a couple of days and we were good to go! There were no hassles and no issues working with Jose. His service was easy, friendly and he made the whole car buying experience fun.
