Our experience was great. I went in two days before just to get an idea as this was our first new car buy. I met with Steve and he put me through the process and we discussed what I would be looking for. to get an idea as this was our first new car buy. I have never had a better car buying experience. Nick Pattenaude was professional and friendly. He had all the paperwork ready for me when I returned to pick up my car. It took no longer than 20 minutes to make the final purchase and that was only because I have a hyphenated name and it is a long one to sign! My experience was so pleasant that it didn't even feel like I was buying a car. Usually its a 5 hour ordeal.
