Thee worst experience I've ever had! This dealer sold me a lemon. The check engine light came on as I was driving home from purchasing the car. At first, he stated that I could bring the car back the next day and that he was suddenly closed for the evening. However, when I came back the next day, he spoke to me with his back to me and told me to get out of the store. I spent the next several days communicating with him and his partner. I also took the car to a mechanic and they listed $20,000 worth of things that were wrong with the car. They acted so irate when I went in, that I took out my phone to record because I was afraid. So, I have a video recording of Sebastian saying that he's in the business of selling cars, not fixing them. Needless to say, the car stopped running and they stopped accepting my calls, and refused to talk to me when I went in multiple times, and now I'm stuck with a car note for a car that doesn't run at all. This place should be closed down. More

Do NOT buy anything from this dealership. I bought a car from them and they cashed my check(I have a bill of sale) and then they stopped communicating with me for two weeks. However while arranging transport of the car they kept it online for sale. When my driver arrived to pick up the car they told him they had sold it to someone else. This is true because I had a friend of mine also call Sebastian up and offer to buy the car. Sebastian actively started negotiating with my friend to buy the car after selling it to me. When the driver told me Sebastian told him he had sold the car I called Sebastian and asked him what was going on. He said things were wrong with the car (2008 BMW Alpina B7 blue exterior and white interior) and I would no longer want it. Knowing he had sold the car underneath me I had little choice but to request my money back. Shockingly they sent my money back. However fraud, misrepresentation, breech of contract are all issues I will be exploring with the Brooklyn police, the CFBP and an attorney. STAY AWAY. there are plenty of good cars out there from reputable dealers. More

The convertible top does not work, it has a huge leak, cruise control does not work. The transmission has second gear damage and it won’t go into reverse or first half of the time. Two days ago the dash went into ghosts and now the car will not even crank. Electric damage from previous water damage. This is very fraudulent car dealership Sebastian Merfea and Oleg (Alex) sold me a junk car. Water Damaged, and electric circuits are faulty. Don’t buy a car from this people. Unless you go there with your mechanic for inspection. They won’t let you inspect any of their cars i bet you! Don’t waste your time and money ! I hired mechanics 4 times and 4 times they were denied access, list the money as well I went there and the car was not operational The security module burnt but I would not get a refund nor swap for another car. They should not be allowed on eBay And should not be allowed to do business in the state of New York or Florida ir in USA. All victims of these fraudulent duo should all start a class action suit against them personally. After driving off the lot, less than ten minutes later, the check engine light came on and then another light. Sebastian told me it was probably the sensor and to make an appointment to bring it back. When I did, he turned into a nasty condescending xxxxxx saying, "this is my joint! ...and in my joint, I do what I want! ...I don't have to fix it if I don't want. If you wanted a new car with no issues, you should have bought a new car." Stay away from these scammers. Wish I could give less than 1 star. Bad reviews are true! Bought 2 cars from Sebastian, he claimed were two of the best cars on his lot. I’m here to tell you that the warranty they offered was not honored, they lied about registering my cars in Ohio and delivering with permanent Ohio plates and I still have yet to receive any Ohio plates that I paid them about $800 to have processed. Alex wouldn’t give me delivery of vehicles without paying him $500 for delivery which was promised free and included as part of purchase. I paid $3000 to make CLS operable and gratuitously agreed to just being reimbursed only $1500 back to me which they have never sent to me. Alex has promised me twice to send this reimbursement check, it has never been received! Almost 2 months after purchase and still no Ohio tags. Beware that Sebastian and Alex will sound great on phone but will not answer emails with any info that they have promised. Instead they ignore emails and them promise everything only when talking directly to you on the phone and therefore they can’t have any info trails out there to hold them accountable. I asked for them to take the 2014 Mercedes CLS550 back and give me a refund since the condition of this is terrible, but they never respond to this request. In their website ad they listed the car as having “no issues” but in fact it had been wrecked, repainted and new front end put on car. All the wiring has been cut and left hanging that went to front of car and renders multiple sensors as inoperable, no air bags, no hands free phone operable! Center console door was broken and would not close, taillight out, brakes/rotors garbage, broken seat molding…all this in a car listed as “no issues”! This is not an oversight, this is flat out dishonesty! Not sure if this could be considered “theft by deception” but intend to look into restitution. As of later today I will be filing complaint with Attoney General office to investigate for mail and wire fraud as well as filing a police report and complaint with BBB. The 2nd car operates without issues but the 2014 Mercedes CLS550 is a terrible vehicle sold under deceptive description of its condition and sellers doing nothing to rectify! This is an honest and straight forward review of what you can expect if you buy from these characters Sebastian and Alex….unfortunately! More

Sebastian is a crook. He literally sent me the wrong truck and sold the one I purchased to another individual, then stopped returning calls.
