We just leased a 2013 Jeep Laredo from Berthod Motors in Glenwood Springs, and this was by far the smoothest transaction we've ever experienced with a car dealership. She communicated by email, text, phone, drove over to our house - whatever it took to keep us informed. Jim Hauskins, our finance person, went to great lengths to find us the best car for our budget. He went thru several cars, comparing payments and down payments, to make sure it fit us perfectly. I can't say enough about the team at Berthod - we love our car and will go back for another Jeep when our lease it up. Hats off to you both, Sid and Jim!!! More

My family has done a lot of business with berthod over the years. This was the 6th vehicle we have purchased from them. We have always worked with Bob and when we decided we wanted to trade up for a large the years. This was the 6th vehicle we have purchased from them. We have always worked with Bob and when we decided we wanted to trade up for a larger vehicle we wanted to make the best decision for our family so we looked a few different third row seating vehicles at different dealers. But berthod motors stood out once again with their laid back environment and friendly staff. Bob had called to let us know that they got a 2009 GMC Acadia in the certified pre-owned so we made plans to go take a look. When we got there, Bob had gone hunting so we worked with Ed. We looked at the car, test drove, and decided it was the car for us. The entire experiance was easy from start to finish. We qualified for special financing and the deal was done. After we took the car home and got it out on the higway for the first time, we noticed that it was a little shaky. We called Bob and he had us bring it in and they balanced the tires for us. They also had the body guy touch up a small ding and scratch from the previous owner. Overall, top notch service. We will continue to go to Berthod Motors, and to Bob for our future car needs. More
