Dealt with three different dealers on different levels: 128 Volvo, Dalzell and Norwood. And Lee Volvo came to our attention this last week as we needed some work done or possibly purchasing a new Volvo. Lee's employees presented honesty and sincerity in both sales and service departments. Robert Fish was the sales rep who spent a good 2 hours with us trying to really help us find the best deal; at the same time, Dana Lee, from service was trying to figure out the work needs to be done with exceptional customer service. We ended up paying $250 fixing a small problem and have decided that we will return to Lee for service and sales (if we need a new vehicle) I don't want to spend too much time on negative comments about other dealers but I would definitely just recommend Lee Volvo in the greater Boston area. After a half a dozen extremely negative experiences at other dealerships (Mercedes, BMW, Volvo), my husband and I decided to purchase a car at Lee Volvo for three reasons: 1) their pricing is competitive, 2) Volvos have had excellent reviews in Consumer Reports and Edmunds, and 3) Leo Barrell our salesperson was incredible to work with. To top it off, after the purchase of our car, Leo has continued to be incredibly responsive in helping us to customize our car to our needs. I had shopped around quite a bit and found them to be very reasonable on price. Really painless experience. They returned phone calls and emails promptly and were always ready for me upon arrival. I am a meticulous buyer and made sure everything I wanted was in the contract. However, before I picked up the car, they were unable to find a second key, something I should have ensured was in writing. They cut and programmed a new key for me without any questions. They were under no obligation to do that, so I was impressed. Car was nicely detailed when I picked it up. Very happy with the experience and the car. More

Leo patiently took me out to test drive several models on repeated visits to the showroom, explained the features and options, and answered all my questions. He took the attitude that it is his job to get me into the right car for me and never pressured me to make a decision. Leo’s friendly and easy manner was very different from experiences at other dealerships where being a senior woman shopping for a car alone was stressful and confusing. When I bought the S80, Rob Giacalone, Business Manager, was immensely helpful in getting me the best financing on the car. The positive nature of working with Leo and Rob extended to the Manager, Paul Russo, who was friendly and welcoming to the dealership and, again, no pressure, just open and helpful. Everyone I met at this dealership including the receptionist is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I can say with no reservations that I highly recommend Lee Volvo in Wellesley. More

I went shopping at Lee Volvo for a C30 for my wife, but I was disappointed to find that with the options I wanted, the C30 got pretty expensive for a small hatchback. After talking to me for a while, Steve was disappointed to find that with the options I wanted, the C30 got pretty expensive for a small hatchback. After talking to me for a while, Steve suggested an S60 with very modest options, pointing out that what was optional on the C30 was standard on the S60. He was definitely right. We worked out a deal at a price that I thought was fair, and then I leased the vehicle at what are currently very attractive lease rates and incentives (which is one reason why this all worked; the S60 is being offered on better terms than the C30). I really felt Steve solved my problem. Good experience. More

My experience dealing with Steve Mullally was fantastic. I purchased a new S80 Sedan for my daughter and he went over and beyond the call of duty. Paul didn't try to talk me into a car I couldn't afford but listened very carefully to my criteria and clearly responded to all my questions and concerns. He not only explained all my different options, but did so taking into account my situation and preferences. It was great taking the cars out for a test drive - I at no point felt uncomfortable or nervous but could enjoy the car and the experience because I was accompanied by this competent and friendly salesman. I never felt pressured into making a decision and was treated with great respect and friendliness at all times. I bought a great pre-owned volvo wagon at a great price and look forward to taking it back to Lee Volvo for service because I know I can trust the people there - and they're fun to talk to, which is a welcome bonus! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. More
