They have a waiting area with hot coffee, tea, spring water, and small snacks. They have two business center desks that are sectioned off for a quieter atmosphere. These have a wired or wireless network connection options. The sales department was also helpful in answering my questions about new models, but were not pushy for making a sale. The service department had my SUV ready within 15 minutes of their estimate. It had been washed and the vehicle's maintenance booklet had been stamped and filled in. The online coupon available on their website saved me $75 on my service. More
