Average. They forgot to do the inspection. Also, told me it expired next month, when it expired at the end of July. The progress app told me the inspection wa They forgot to do the inspection. Also, told me it expired next month, when it expired at the end of July. The progress app told me the inspection was done, when it was not. The display still says service is due, so they forgot to reset that. Overall, it seemed like they confused my car with someone else's. It reminded me of a prior service, when they called about a needed repair which turned out to be for another customer's car. The service management is pretty rocky. No update at the end of the day either. The text messaging service did not respond to questions. I am now looking into other options for Volvo service, for process and expense reasons. More
