They won't stop calling Must have been a mix up because the car advertised didn't match the VIN, different make and models. So, I went somewhere else to buy a car. My mother was looking for a car and decided to travel to Grossinger Hyundai as opposed to other dealerships one day. Mike stopped her and helped her out at the dealership. As she waited in the front for a cab, someone called her back inside the dealership and asked her what she was doing. Mike offered to drive her back home, but the manager said to take his car and handed him the keys to a Hyundai Genesis to take her home. (Talk about serious customer service!) When me and my mother got back to the dealership that day, we went to the lot, chose the car, and filled out all the paperwork relatively quickly despite some fax slowdowns with State Farm. Everyone there was nice and very friendly toward us. This is a great dealership to go to if you're looking for a car. I'm absolutely in love with this new Elantra as I try to get used to it. beware, stay way. I don't know why Carolyn Grossinger would ever led her name to such a scumbag place. customer service sucks when you first drive in.
