Very Negligent VERY NEGLIGENT, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! SOLD ME A CAR AND THE BACK TIRE HAD 1 LUGNUT!!!!!! I ALMOST CRASHED ON THE EXPRESSWAY AND I HAV 3 SMALL CHILDRE VERY NEGLIGENT, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! SOLD ME A CAR AND THE BACK TIRE HAD 1 LUGNUT!!!!!! I ALMOST CRASHED ON THE EXPRESSWAY AND I HAV 3 SMALL CHILDREN. A DAY AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAR HERE I TOLD THEM I HEARD A NOISE AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT SAID ITS NO WARRANTY AND REFUSED TO FIX IT. I CALLED AND WENT IN TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AND THEY REFUSED!! II MIGHT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY HURT IF IT WASNT FOR GOD'S PROTECTION OVER ME. THE WHOLE TIRE WAS HANGING OFF!!!!!!! I CALLED THEM AND TRIED TO SEE IF NW THEY WOULD HELP AND NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME BACK!!!! More

Hyundai stood out above the rest I went to different dealerships looking for a car to purchase. Hyundai was one of my stops and I got to test drive a car with a salesperson named Raul I went to different dealerships looking for a car to purchase. Hyundai was one of my stops and I got to test drive a car with a salesperson named Raul. I was undecided on which car I wanted because I though I was set on going with a used car, however after coming home and thinking it over, Raul even sent me a picture of some new cars that were available, I decided to return to Hyundai to go with a new version of the Hyundai Elantra that I wanted. The ONLY reason I returned to Hyundai was because of Raul. Of all the dealerships I visited, Raul truly took the time to listen to what I wanted and was willing to help me through the steps in purchasing my first car. He was genuine and made me and my family feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend anyone to go and see Raul for their Hyundai car. After I had the car, he called to see how I was doing and if everything was up to my needs and that made me feel like I was not just a customer, but that Hyundai cares about the people who drive their cars.
