Before signing the deal, we specifically agreed on the price and terms of the deal. However, when meeting with the finance manager, she was not aware of the agreements made before entering her office leading to confusion and frustration. Overall, I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. However, getting to that point was frustrating at times. More
