I used the dealer contact form to attempt to inquire about a Hyundai Palisdae, indicated that I was a motivated buyer, etc. Hyundai Conceirge reached I used the dealer contact form to attempt to inquire about a Hyundai Palisdae, indicated that I was a motivated buyer, etc. Hyundai Conceirge reached out to me to ask if I still needed help, which I indicated in my response to them that I did. Ultimately, no one from Berman ever contacted me to try and communicate at all. Amazing that the sales staff at the dealership would not follow-up on a hot lead. For anyone considering Berman, I would highly recommend consider working with Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg, Elgin Hyundai, Gerald Hyundai, or Napleton. All of these dealerships have been incredibly responsive, and actually care about closing a sale. If I were the General Manager of this store, I would be looking for an entirely new sales staff. Berman promise a thousand dollar useless mark up. No deals to be had, they insert unasked for services and warranties. They will not explain anything to you if you ask them, it is bad experience.
