Amazing Place We discovered, while on a trip to Maine, that our Avalon's right headlight was out. We called Berlin City Toyota on Friday afternoon, and were offered We discovered, while on a trip to Maine, that our Avalon's right headlight was out. We called Berlin City Toyota on Friday afternoon, and were offered an appointment the following morning. When we arrived, a service employee graciously agreed to replace the bulb himself, and we were in and out of the dealer in 15 minutes! We would gladly have stayed longer- Berlin City has a wonderful waiting area, clean, comfortable, good coffee. Like your favorite coffee shop with free coffee while your car gets serviced. Great people, customer focused - I may have to drive up here on a regular basis from Maryland to get my vehicle worked on. More
