Certified used car did not even pass its fist state insp. Purchased factory certified used vehicle. Spent almost $30,000 total, including a $3000 factory Toyota diamond extended warranty. Went in to Berlin City Toyota service dept. for routine service, oil change. Had not been a year yet, but asked them to do a state inspection while truck was in the shop. I was shocked when they told me it would not pass, needs rear brakes and rotors. Quoted $475 +. I was very surprised that 11 months and 14,000 miles later it won't pass inspection, some nice "factory certified" used car. I spoke with the Sales Manager, and was told too bad, too sad, the records show it just passed when they did the used vehicle check over. The service dept. was great. Very unhappy that the used car dept. won't stand behind their vehicles. More
