Very Pleased From the start I felt that my preferences were taken into consideration and that I was listened to. I requested an inventory search through the Hyundai website and noted I preferred email communication. Joe send a personalized email asking follow-up questions to my inquiry, whereas another dealership called me every day for two weeks until I set up a test drive. Joe was very flexible in scheduling my test drive. I did a lot of research on my own and came in knowing which vehicle I wanted. Joe worked with me to get me the EXACT vehicle I was looking for, even though it wasn't on their lot. I had not intended to buy a car the day of my test drive, but the same day Joe and the sales manager worked to find the exact model, trim and color vehicle I wanted. I did not feel pressured to buy and Joe went over all the information with me in detail so I knew everything about my new car. Everyone at Broadway was very pleasant to work with and made me feel valued. Joe followed up via email (again, my preferred method of communication) to check on how I was enjoying my Hyundai Sonata and asked if there were any issues I wanted addressed.
