The staff are all professional, yet friendly and knowledgeable. Bob Grell was our sales person and I certainly enjoyed working with him. It was such a nice surprise, since he was a former middle school student in my classroom. We had run into each other on and off during our visits to Broadway and I was very happy to be able to work with him! It was fun to have Bob TEACH me things about my car. It was also very heart-warming to see the young man (soon-to-be father) in his profession now. I couldn't help but be proud of who he is now! We have always had scheduled maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. We live in Iron Mountain, Michigan which is 100 miles north of Green Bay, but we prefer to bring our vehicles to the dealership for maintenance because it does such a fine job and the shop area is clean and efficient.
